Mama June fans have watched her reinvent herself and then crash and burn thanks to her romance with Geno Doak. She got deep into substance abuse, losing everything that mattered including her daughter, Alana ‘Honey Boo Boo’ Thompson. Alana went to live with her older sister, Pumpkin Efird, her husband, Josh, and their daughter, Ella. It gave stability in a very tragic situation. Eventually, June cleaned up her life but as soon as she did that, she was back chasing men. That was when she found Justin Stroud in Alabama and brought him back to Georgia.
He also had a tainted past and many were worried he was taking advantage of her or would make her backslide. Ultimately, they eloped at a courthouse in 2022 but not after she bought him new teeth. They went back and forth between Georgia and Alabama to deal with his court issues. Finally, when Anna Cardwell was very sick, they moved back to Georgia. That was a hard time but Justin was always honest with his wife. He did not care for her behavior and refused to support her when she was wrong. Now, fans are struggling with Justin but why?

They question if that is where Mama June’s money goes or if it comes from what she stole from Alana.
