Emmerdale favourite tipped for shocking exit plot after 22 years
The character’s ex-wife has already been confirmed as returning.

Emmerdale spoilers follow.
Emmerdale fan-favourite Nick Miles is said to be leaving the soap after over two decades as Jimmy King. In news set to shock fans, the beloved character will reportedly be killed off during a major stunt later this year.
News of Miles’ exit was first reported by The Sun, although no official confirmation has come from ITV yet.

Jimmy arrived in the Dales in 2004 alongside his brothers Matthew, Max, and Carl, and his father Tom. A few months after the family’s arrival, Jimmy was joined by his former wife, Sadie (played by Patsy Kensit).
His three brothers were later killed off, with dad Tom meeting his end at the hands of Carl in 2006.
In recent years, fans have seen Jimmy transform from a hardened businessman to a devoted husband, following his marriage to Nicola Blackstock. However, Jimmy’s past is set to come back to haunt him, with Emmerdale confirming last week that Sadie would be returning after 20 years away.
Jimmy’s exit could likely play into Sadie’s return plot, with the soap’s producer, Laura Shaw, teasing that her comeback will be “explosive” and is “guaranteed to shock”.
She added: “We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Patsy Kensit back to the cast and crucially to see the iconic Sadie King storm back into the village.

“Sadie’s seductive demeanor, combined with her utterly ruthless nature, are set to deliver a spectacular and highly dramatic touch of class to the Yorkshire Dales.”
Speaking about her return, Kensit added: “I am really excited to return to Emmerdale. I treasure the years I was here before. Sadie King is a character that I really loved playing.
“The cast and crew are absolutely brilliant and I am so grateful for the chance to return to the show – it’s absolutely amazing.”
